Extra Magic Hours

Ok so a quetions about EMH
Is it always that in the moning the designated park will open one hour ealier??
In the evening does the designated park ALWAYS stay open 3 hours later???

If not how do you know the exact EMH hours?

According to what I've read, EMH evenings is for 3 hours, but I did see the ads that said "Up to 3 hours". When we were there in Jan it was for 3 hourse.The morning is always one hour earlier. allearsnet.com has schedules posted.

For those of you who have done the Epcot evening EMH,has it been open until midnight? Do you have to enter the park before the regular 9pm closing or can you enter later? I assume once you're inside you get a wristband? Thanks for any info.
