Extra Magic Hours

We are staying on-site but have annual passes. Accoriding to WDW official website it says that you need to have a Magic Your Way base ticket to be able to do the Extra Magic Hours. Will we be able to with our resort key and annual pass?

No, any Disney Resort Guest can get in for EMH including those with AP's.
