Extra Magic Hours?

We have not been to Disney since they started the extra morning hour and extra evening hours so "Is it worth it?" The only 2 parks we ever used EE at were MK when the kids were smaller and AK because the park gets hot fast and its closes early. Are the lines ridiculous at these parks on their designated days? What about the evening hours? Are you able to ride many rides?

We are not morning people so we don't do the morning early hours. However, we love the evening magic hours. We have gone in June, August and last week and I did not think the lines were bad during them. The extra showing of fantasmic at MGM was great. I wish they would do extra shows at the other parks but they don't.

The am EMH is better because it's less crowded. It is very worth it! You'll get a ton or attractions done! However, the pm EMH is alot more crowded. But, with kids, it can be easier to get them to stay up vs. get the out of bed! So, do whatever works for you!

We never really found the EMH to help at Epcot at night. There were no places to eat open and Soaring and TT were both still well over an hour wait. EMH came in handy at MK and at AK too...AK keeps more open later now...even the Safari.

Very excited about AK's longer hours. When it first opened it stayed open until 8 pm. We wouldn't even go there until 4 or 5 in the evening and it was wonderful but in the last 4 years its been 5 or 6 for closing. So we changed to touring early and leaving by lunch.
