Does anyone know what exactly the EMH are? I have the schedule for the week we are going and for example, MK has EMH on Thursday 5/18 The Disney website says that parks can be open up to one hour early in the morning, and can stay open up to 3 hours later. So with my example of the MK, what would thier EMH be? Is there a way for me to find out what the hours are for all the parks for that week (May 14-20) on the website or should I just call the hotel? I trying not to sound like a bafoon here....like obviously I know if the park normally opens at 9am, then the EMH in the morning would mean the open at 8am....but do they do both the morning and the evening, and how do I know how many hours in the evening since the website says "up to 3 extra hours?"

Hi Ali,

You can check EMH right here on the DIS...go out to the Discussion Forums homepage, then at the top of the page click on "park hours."

Then find May 2006, and click on Extra Magic Hours. That will tell you day, park, and morning or evening.

The parks always open one hour early for morning EMH and stay open three hours past closing for evening EMH.

Morning is 1 extra hour, and evening is 3 extra hours. So, if MK closes at 9:00, EMH is 9-midnight.

At Epcot, that means 9-12. That seems to also be a popular question around here since some of FW closes at 7:00.

thanks guys! I was so confused! But as long as I know it's definitely 1 hour in the am and 3 hours at night that is a big help! Thanks again!
