Extra Magic hours question

I couldn't find anything specific to my question anywhere so here it goes, do the extra hours at the parks stay the same? Like same day of the week or does it change? I've noticed AK is Mondays with the extra hours when I check the site. Just wondering since when we finalize our plans we are trying to decide which park we want to go to when we arrive and don't want to waste a ticket for 3 hours at a park since we wouldn't get to a park after travel and all until around 2pm. And I hope this makes sense been a long night at work and taking my last break and remembered I was wondering about this. thanks

EMH are always subject to change. Their not always the same days each day of the week. I wouldn't fully trust the EMH schedule until about a month out...but even then, they can change them at any time, including the day of. So you can plan, but just keep your eye out

They really can't change the EMH schedule the "day-of" (unless it was to cancel a PM EMH, which I don't think has ever happened except for a hurricane or other emergency.)

Guests wouldn't know where to go if they changed AM EMH on the "day-of."

EMH schedules, posted at least a month out (maybe two months) are pretty reliable.
But, as was suggested, always keep your eye on the schedule for any late changes.
