No specific attractions are announced as part of Extra Magic Hours and so the list cannot be guaranteed, but the selection, always from Fantasyland and Discoveryland, usually comprises:
Dumbo the Flying Elephant
Peter Pan's Flight
Mad Hatter's Tea Cups
Le Carrousel de Lancelot
Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast
Space Mountain: Mission 2
If you're enjoying Extra Magic Hours at Walt Disney Studios Park, which the resort does specify can happen on some dates, then the attractions open will likely be: Crush's Coaster, Flying Carpets Over Agrabah, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith.

EMH for onsite hotel guests is always in the main park only, except on well-advertised-in-advance dates where its the Studios instead.

During EMH in the main park, in Fantasyland the Carousel, Dumbo, Teacups, Peter Pans Flight, and usually either Pinocchio or Snow White ride. In Discoveryland its Buzz Lightyear ride, Space Mountain 2, and Orbitron. If any of these rides are on the published refurb/closure schedule for your dates, obviously they won't be open for EMH either.
