Extra Magic Hours question

I'm checking the MK calendar and it shows that the park is open 9:00am - 12:00am on the date we plan to visit. And that there are evening "Extra Magic Hours" on this day.
Does it mean that it will stay open after 12am for resorts guests?
At what time regular non-resorts guests (like us) will have to leave?
Also are attractions and rides open until 12am?

If park hours are 9 am - Midnight, then EMH will be Midnight - 3 am.

Everything remains open during regular hours.

If the park closes at midnight on a EMH day, then yes, resort guests can stay until 3am. As a non-resort guest you could probably stay at the park as well, you just won't be able to get onto the rides - the resort guest will have wristbands.

Although at 2am don't be surprised if a Cast Member asks you to leave.

make sure you find the place that give out the wrist bands and get there early for them the line can get pretty big they will be all over the park i know there is one by the haunted mansion
