Extra Magic Hours for 2009

Does anyone know if the schedule will change or will it stay the same?
Has it changed in the past or stayed the same? We are approaching our 180 days until our trip and I want to make dining reservations but I am basing it on which park has the extra hours as to which park we would be at each day.
Ugh... it is so hard to plan for all this when they won't provide Jan 2009 information.
