Extra Magic Hours and FastPasses

Do people get Fast Passes at evening Extra Magic Hours, or is admission to the rides just by wristband? We used to do E-Ticket night at the MK and are planning to do an Epcot EMH night on our upcoming trip in May. We are having dinner at the Rose and Crown before and during Illuminations and want to get an idea of what we can do at Epcot's evening EMH. We are doing an Epcot morning later in our trip. Is it hard to get on the big rides (Soarin', Test Track, Misson:Space) during eving EMHs. Since these are Fast Pass attractions, do they still have Fast Passes available for after 9:00? Any help would be appreciated.

We went to the EMH at MK last week during our trip and none of the rides were offering fast passes - but the longest wait was about 25 minutes on Space Mountain - everything else we walked right on to!! It was awesome and worth staying up late for! You show your resort ID at City Hall in MK and they give you a wristband! Enjoy!!
