Extra Magic Hours and DL Hotel question

We will be visiting Disneyland Resort Sept 28-Oct 2. We are staying at the Disneyland Hotel during that time, checking out on Thursday Oct 2. Will be eligible for extra magic hour on the day we check out?

Yes- you should be able to without any problems. I am going in Dec and staying at the GCH and they told me I can get the EE on both the day I check in (before my room is ready) and the day we are leaving as well

You get early entry and pool privileges, too, on your check-in and check-out days. They will happily hold luggage until it's time for you too leave.

Thanks so much everyone! I kept reading that we had to have an active room key and I wasn't sure if that applied if we checked out early that morning before hitting the parks. Looks like we are good to go though! Thanks again. I really appreciate it and really looking forward to my trip there.
