okay, i know it just cant be me but besides bad PMS I am starving a week before my "friend"
& i mean starving- i call it my hungry day but it usually last for a few days- what to do? i have cheated several times because of this then have the greatest guilt possible!
any suggestions as to how to get past these few terrible days- i also really crave chocolate at this time when i am normally not a big choco-holic

I'm a few days before TOM right now, and want to eat everything in sight, with an extra special focus on anything chocolate, peanut buttery, or salty! It seems to balance out for me though, as for the first few days of TOM, I don't want to eat as much (maybe because of that bloated, crampy feeling?). 



i didn't do toooooo bad this month but if given the opportunity i could have eaten every chocolate in my kids easter basket!!
