extra hours at epcot?

could someone please explain this to me when the extra hours start if the future world closes at 7 pm.

Actually, I think it is pretty misleading for Disney to say FW closes at 7. Many of the attractions stay open until 9 when the entire park closes. So, they would be open from 7-9 as usual and then stay open for EMH.
