Extra Fantasy Land Hour in August?

Has anyone figured this out yet...WDW is advertising an extra hour certain mornings when just Fantasy Land will be open for stays during the free dining plan time. I called to ask about this yesterday and the CM told me it is just another advertisement for the morning EMH at MK. He had not even heard of it. I told him to look at the advertisement for it on their official website, but he wouldn't. Is this really another added perk, or just a fancy title for the EMH morning that already exists?? If this is something new...I need dates! HELP?

This is a promotion called Magical Beginnings. The EMH hours have been released and TGM has them on his park calendars although I'm not sure why Disney doesn't. If you don't have TGM, IMO it's worth the $19.
