Extra Evening Hours in August

Not sure why I am having such a hard time finding this information. We travel to Disney a decent amount. We like to vacation in August which means heat. To beat this, we usually hit the parks in the afternoon and stay for Extra Evening Hours. Why is it that I cannot find EEH's? I was able to book FP+ today but I would like to see which parks will be open late and on which day.

I see morning hours but I do not see any evening hours posted.

Looking at the MDE app right now
Aug 1st: Epcot 9-11pm
Aug 2nd: MK 10pm-12am

It does look like Aug 3rd-7th doesn't have PM EMH listed yet. But it seems like the rest of the month has them listed

What are your dates? I see Tuesday Aug. 15 Epcot has evening EMH. And MK on Wednesday, Aug. 16. They don't have evening EMH every day.

Yep you're right, their not fully updated yet. Next day after your arrival showing Pm EMH is August 15 with Epcot 9-11pm.

Hours last year+ have been updated about 30 days out. EMH should be updated soon but you might have to wait until next month unfortunately

Evening EMH this year are sorely lacking. Only Tuesdays at EPCOT and Wed at MK. I keep hoping for late hours at AK, but so far nothing past 10pm after July 4th. We really miss the late hours at AK and HS as well. With everything closing by 10pm, July gets even hotter.

Yeah, when it's the hot time of year, it's nice to have more nighttime hours.

I don't think we are going to see them though. For the entire 7 nights I'm there, only MK and Epcot have evening EMH and the MK is on arrival day (which is usually not a park day for us) and after we have departed. We are looking to add an extra day to our 5day hopper tickets, but I'm wondering what that cost will be.

The hopper option is the same cost no matter how many days. So the only question is how much to add a day to a 5 day MYW ticket. According to Mousesavers, it's about $21.

Agree - we have a 6 day trip early August and there is only one evening EMH during our stay. With older kids it is so nice to do a park in the morning then that mid / late afternoon pool break, dinner and head back out for the park with EMH. xx fingers maybe something will be added esp. mk or ak.

Thanks for the info! I wasn't sure if the hopper made the ticket a different price.

There are no extra evening hours at AK during my entire 14 day stay, so I'm hoping that means it's just not updated yet. I'll join the club with the complaints that it is really difficult to pick FP when you can't figure out which park you'll be in.

Most EMH are in the morning, so don't count on it.

EMH don't help us. We like to sleep in, hit the pool, then the parks. Always close them, getting back to the room at 3 to 330am! But we were never hot, we got on all of the rides, and had great bonding time. Please oh please Disney...don't discontinue evening hours.

Not only the August PM EMH hours are not out yet, but also the August AK hours are not updated yet. AK has been closing at 11 pm since last summer. Knowing the accurate opening hours is important to plan for AK with the new Pandora land.

Travel agents site shows as others have said, Tuesday the 15th Epcot, and Wednesday the 16th MK. No other evening EMH at any park, just Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. It kind of makes me glad that I'm not paying to stay onsite with so few evening EMH.
