i was wondering what if any extra cost there is for , wine or beer tastings ? Mixology, food tastings ?

I can't help you on the food tastings but all of the liquor and beer tastings are $20 per person.

Last time we did the chocolate and wine tasting it was 30$ per person.

Are you looking for just the items you asked about or everything? The food tasting we did was a free class on how to cook said entree or dessert. Then you would be given a taste/sample.

If interested in doing a wine pairing tasting menu. This does have additional cost.

All the drinking classes are not free. Schmoo came up with a rather good list as well on everything else.

Actually, they can range from $15-30 depending on what they are. For example, the champagne tasting was $30. They also occasionally have high end cognac and high end whiskey tastings which are more expensive than the regular cognac and whiskey tastings. You can find out exactly what is offered and the costs from Guest Services. We usually go right when we board although we've also signed up at later times and they had spaces available.

So they charge for a glass of ice water with dinner? How much? And what beverages don't involve a charge?
No, that refers to bottled water. Coffee (not specialty); tea (hot or iced); soda; water (not bottled); milk; hot chocolate are all included at dinner. Well, at all meals. And from the 24/7 drink station.

No, they charge if you want sparkling bottled water at dinner. Soft drinks, milk, juice and regular (not specialty) coffee are included at all meals as well as at the drink station on the pool deck.
