Extra bunkbed in camper

We just up graded our old camper to a newer one with 1 set of bunkbeds in the back. My question is I only have 1 kid and I just wanted to know how everyone uses the top bunk? Do you use it for storage?

I store a kid up there, but while traveling it is a great place to store the folding chairs and laundry basket.

I use laundry baskets to put everyones clothes in and put them across the top bunk. Everyone has their own little closet.

We have two sets of Bunks in the back (4 kids) but we also store some of the stuff that you want right when you get to the campground, chairs, drying racks etc on the two bottom bunks. Convenient.

We camp with my parents and there are two sets of bunk beds in the bunk room. People sleep on three of them.....and we use the other top ones for the two dogs. Their crates fit perfectly up there and we just help the dogs up and down.

Thats what I have in mind for the extra bunk. Also may put the drying rack and chairs.

HA HA Funny but I'm too short to get up there ! So is DD. How come the bunks don't come with a ladder??

Not sure, but in our last TT DH installed a ladder in it. We don't have a BH anymore.
