Extra Adult

Does anyone know what the cost of an extra adult in a room at the Dolphin?

My DM might accompany us (me, DH and twin DD's -5y/o) on our trip in May for a few nights.

Is there a seperate cost for a Roll Away Bed if we decided to go that way?

I know this may sound dishonest, but would we have to tell Dolphin staff that she is staying in our room for a few nights?
