External iPhone5 Battery

I'm asking here since so many of the posters on this board seem to have an iPhone. I'm in the market for an external battery and was wondering if anyone had one they really liked and could recommend. I had one for my iPhone 3 and absolutely loved it when it came to travel. Never did I worry about my phone loosing a charge if I wasn't near an outlet. Now that I have an iPhone 5, those batteries won't work and I want to get a new one for upcoming trips.

With the extra use needed for MDX, definitely worth having. Roll on the recommendations

iFLASH Power Bank 8400 MH. I used that one on the previous trip and it worked perfect. It also will charge an IPad! (paid about $30)
We also bought several of the "LipStick" stick externals, and they'll charge the IPhones in about an hour, but only once between recharging the external again. (paid about $12)

Both are avail on the big A site.

Our trip would've been even more of a fiasco without these!

I recently bought a new one after mine died on me randomly. I found this one on amazon for $49.99, and it packs quite the power. I haven't tested it much, but the reviews on amazon are pretty swell. 22,000 MAH in theory will charge several phones fully. It's a pretty large battery, not pocket worthy, but would be great in a backpack.

I bought the Anker 9000 for my last trip and used it. It will charge two phones at the same time and I found I could charge my iphone 6 or 7 times. Of course, I would love to use it now, but it is lost at the present time. I can think of only two places I had it last...the camper and my parents truck. We were packing to come home from WDW and that is the last I remember it.

I finally found what I was looking for! An iWalk Link 2500i5 external battery. I had a similar battery for my iPhone 3 and loved that I could still use my own case and didn't have added bulk to the phone. And unlike the "lipstick" charges, you do not need the added cord. I'll let you know what I think about it when I get it next week.
