Extending Park Hours

I fully expect that park hours (especially for MK) will be extended during the week I'm there in April.

I have a few days that I will completely change the plan for the morning if that happens - how far in advance do they post that information and how close to the days (AM in particular) do they continue to make changes?

Hours are usually updated about 30 days out.

They can change hours at any time, even the day of. But in general, a week out, usually hours will be locked in.

Someone just posted yesterday or this morning that hours for their day next week were just changed

Also hoping for some extension in the hours, if it truly is going to be as busy as they say that first full week of April.

But no matter what - a day at the World is better than a day away.

Usually about mid month, the month before...so mid March in your case...though it can be even later...day of sometimes, though that would a PM extension.

The one that I was really hoping wouldn't change is the Saturday before at I got a PPO for Be Our Guest at 8:05am. I reviewed Easter history for the last 3 years and the park has always opened at 8am both weekend days of Easter Weekend. I'm thinking that I will go ahead and make an alternate plan.

However, my alternate plan would be Ohana breakfast at 7:30a and then stop at the Grand Floridian to see the eggs before heading into MK for Bunny and Parade (then get out and head to HS). Can another member of my party make the reservation for Ohana as the times are too close together for me to reserve . . .
