Extended Magic Hours

I guess I'm too stupid to figure out the Extended Magic Hours. When I check in will somebody tell me which parks have which hours during my stay? Or is it one of those things that you just have to know about? I would hope someone would tell me, or hand me a schedule, since I'm pretty sure I'll forget to ask.

When I travel I need to have things spelled out to me, and then I require a certain amount of hand holding to walk me through.

In the packet of information that you will receive during check in will have the extended hours for each park.

We like to plan each day in advance - so I understand wanting to know the extra magic hours. I have included the link below.
