Extended Hours & New Dining Reservations

Does anyone know when Disney extends it's restaurant hours after extending park hours? They extended park hours today for MK to midnight on January 27 and the restaurants still say closing at 8PM. Looking to get into a late dinner, but unsure when to be watching.

Restaurants don’t typically extend their hours when park hours change.
