Extended family trip

Well we got roped into a family trip of 16 people. I have made it well known that we will not do everything together and will go on our own a lot of the time. With that said what are some good ideas to do as a group so we still have that family time?

Bowling at Splitsville, renting a pontoon boat on Bay Lake, dinner show, snacking around the world showcase or mini-golf. It all depnds on what your family likes to do.

If you are staying on property, I would suggest a movie night at the resort. If you are at a MK resort (or want to go there), you can watch the fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant as well. All free!

I would try meeting up at night for Wishes or Illuminations. Maybe a trip out to the Boardwalk. Meet up for a couple of meals at the very least so everyone can reconnect - maybe a dinner show. Also I would make a point of having everyone together for at least one photo somewhere.

I do two things.

First, I setup a share google calendar that people can put "plans" on.
Second, I only do things like meals that are simple. I find if you try to do anything more complex, then someone will say "Hey lets do the boat on Thursday instead of weds because it works in my plans better." and that is the beginning of the end.

Thanks everyone! I think we are going to try and do Fantasmic and Osborne Lights together as a group and then some pool time at the resort.
