Extended Evening hours and non guests (do they remove and can you mill around)?

Looking at EPCOT next week and there is extended evening hours...if I'm not eligible do they 'clear' out the park or if not riding rides, etc can you just tour the countries, etc or what is the policy/protocol?

At the start time, CMs will scan bands/cards to gain entrance to rides and you can't ride. I've heard different things about shops/QS. Maybe someone else can add specifics.

The only thing open for the extended hours are rides, so there is basically nothing else to do. No stores remain open and only one or two lone carts stay open for food - like one in World Showcase and one in Future World. It’s barren. They even close down World Showcase, and you can only walk a certain way.

They'll start herding by land too and checking bands, like the parties. You could probably take some photos or hang on Main Street a while, but you aren't going to be able to move around.

You can stay, but there's nothing to do. It's the paid events like After Hours and parties that they will make you leave.
