Express Plus Pass

New to Universal and Island of Adventures. Spending 2 days at these parks in August. Is the Express Plus Pass worth it? When do they on sale for August?
Also doing Sea World and Aquatica on 2 other days. Thinking of the Ortlando Flex pass for Univeral, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Aquatica. Is this a good idea.

Is the Express Plus Pass worth it? When do they on sale for August?

You should wait and see how crowded the parks are before shelling out the $$$ for the EPs. If you get there early, you should be able to do the big rides w/o much wait at all. If you want to purchase the EPs, there are plenty of places in both parks that have them available. I would wait and see.
