Express Passes and Pools

We are visiting in March for my daughter's band trip. Her tickets are purchased by the tour company and said we can add on express pass at the park. I read that express passes prices increase as you get closer to date, they are already $200 a day, can I buy an express pass online now and somehow add it to her ticket when we get there?

She has to stay at Surfside, but the rest of us are at Portofino and want her to have express pass so we can all ride together. I am getting an annual pass for hotel savings, can I get her a discounted express pass with that?

Can she swim in the Portofino pools with us?

Is your room at PB already at capacity? Can you just add her name to your room, then her express pass would be “free” or if she is 18 or older just pay for the extra adult charge.

I was just typing the same thing. As long as you aren’t over room capacity that is what I would do.

We are at capacity. We are a family of 6, so 5 at PB and 1 with her band at Surfside.

Unfortunately Surfside isn't eligible for pool hopping.

You can buy the EP online now. The EP is 100% completely separate from the ticket. Ticket gets you in park, EP gets you in EP lines. You don't ever need to connect them in any way, and you don't need to ever show one to use the other. Nor show any kind of ticket when you buy the EP.
