Express pass

Where can I find a list of rides that are not included with express pass. Also, if staying at Hard Rock on days that express passes are not available to purchase, will I still be able to use express pass included with hote

Hi the express pass that comes with the hotel is available everyday you are checked into the resort. It has nothing to do with day one's for purchase. The only ride is Pterandon Flyers in IOA. Also the new Hagrid's Coaster will not have EP at first.

Just to make sure there is no confusion with the above post, the Express pass that comes with hotel stay at one of the 3 Deluxe resorts does NOT include Volcano Bay.

VB you need to purchase Express Pass separately regardless of where you are staying.

I am new to looking into Universal Studios....I didn't realize there were days express pass isn't available. Could you share more information on that?

Express pass can be used as long as the ride is open

It is free when staying at the premier hotels

It’s a paid ticket when staying off site or at a uo hotel onsite

As far as I'm aware, there aren't any specific days where you can't purchase Express Pass on it's own, but they are in limited quantities each day so on super busy days they can sell out.

But this doesn't impact Express Pass for people who stay at the Deluxe resorts. You have it regardless of availability of the daily "paid" express passes.

Thanks, TommyJK! We have not been to Volcano Bay, so I just copied the list. If I had known that, I would have included a note. In fact, I'll add a note to that post now. Great info!

How often do the Express Passes, particularly Unlimited, sell out? Just on extremely busy days? We're looking at November 5 and 6 (a Tuesday and Wednesday when the cost of Express Passes is lower than the rest of the week) and would really like to wait until that day to purchase them if we can.
