Can the express pass's be brought at the gates?

If so how much are they?

Do i need to get these if we are going end of September beginning of october?

The Express Plus passes can be purchased either at the gate or at several stores throughout both parks. I would buy them inside the gate so there's not as much waiting. The cost varies depending on the anticipated crowd levels for that day. I doubt you would need them for that time of year.
