Express Pass Worth it in Early October and Other Tips

Hey everyone! We have a day to Universal planned on October 6 which is a Monday. We are mainly going for WWoHP. Is it necessary to purchase the Express Pass.

Also, I have two small children who won't be able to ride. Does Universal do a baby swap like Disney does?

And any tips you would like to share would be great!

the darkside has a child swap which is a bit different than the one at the motherland.

the entire family stays together up to the swap out point.

The "signature" ride in Hogsmeade does not have Express. I suspect the same will apply to Diagon Alley. For a monday in early October, I would not buy Express.

The express pass is pretty expensive, and only needed during peak season.

I did buy it one time, but that was because I was squeezing both parks into one day.
