express pass will call

I have purchased express passes for both Universal and IOA for different days during our stay and have to collect them at the "will call" kiosk". Where is this please (at both parks) and can I collect both sets of express passes at the same time when I go to Universal Studios ?( which will be the first of the 2 parks we will visit) or do I have to visit the "will call" kiosk at IOA on the day of our visit there also?

Also, I have read somewhere that the worst of the line for FJ is to get to the lockers, and that if you don't have a bag you can bypass this line by cutting through Filchs emporium? AND that if you want the single riders line you can cut through to another path before entering the castle and through a door by-passing yet more of the queue? I can't find where I read this now. Can anyone help? The more time we can save in line the better!

The kiosks are located in front of both parks near the ticket windows. You will need your confirmation number and the credit card used in the transaction. If you purchased both EPs in a single transaction, you should be able to get both EPs at the same time. This is the kiosk at IOA:

In the excitement of getting on the ride I don't have total recall but I remember going to the entrance to the castle, the lockers are on your right as you enter and you exit through Filch's (standard park strategy, take em out through the shop) and that is where they hand you the number for your picture.
I looked at some of my pictures and that looks like the schematic.
