Express Pass Wait times for very busy park days

For those who have visited Universal Orlando during very busy times (8-10 on the crowd calenders) how well did your Express passes (if you had them) work?

In example, what were the standard wait times and how much shorter was the time you waited.

I will be staying onsite the week leading up to Easter and wanted to get an idea of what to expect for wait times.

I am also aware that some rides do not have Express pass currently. Moreso, interested in the ones that do.

We were there last August on a Saturday and Sunday. The park was busy but the EP lines moved pretty quick. We probably waited about 20 minutes for Rip Ride Rocket and less for most rides. Transformers had just opened so the regular line was crazy long. When we asked how long the EP lines was they said 30 minutes every time we went that was pretty accurate, but sometimes it went quicker.
