Express Pass Upgrade

Can someone tell me if it's possible to upgrade from a one-time use express pass to an unlimited express pass at IOA in Orlando. And if so how?

I'm not certain, but you could try calling Universal. It might be possible to upgrade over the phone.
In person, I would try asking at the guest relations window be the park entrance. (both inside and outside the park)

any time you decide while in the park to stay longer, go to guest services for accurate info

the unlimited date related EP can be upgraded while you are in the park that day
It is only valid for that one day.

So decide now in advance and you can use it until park closing.
