Express Pass needed?

I will going to universal parks on March 1st, 2nd and 3rd and didn't know what the crowds will be during those dates and if I will need express passes?
I have not booked a hotel yet and can't decide to stay on-site for express pass or save money and stay at holiday inn that is closest to park. I have a 7 year old daughter and I am little worried about the walk from holiday inn to parks could be a little long for her after walking all day. any help would be great.

Crowds shouldn't be too bad those days but you should wait until you arrive to decide on purchasing Express Plus passes...if you decide not to stay onsite. They are non-refundable, date and park specific. If you can stay onsite you should just for the convenience and added perks of unlimited Express and early entry into HP.

Tower 1 and 3, particularly 3 is our favourite.

You could ask for a high floor with pool view. That`s what always request.

Tower 3 is nearest the boat dock, T1 is closest for walking, doesn`t take long and is a lovely walk. The path takes you out at Margaritaville.

It is a beautiful hotel, I`m sure you`ll love staying onsite.
