If I recall correctly, it is written quite clearly what isn't included with the Express Pass. I wish Universal wouldn't give out whiner passes.

I agree, it was quite easy to see what was not included with the Express pass, whether you buy it online or at the parks.

If I was the person involved, rather than complaining I would have taken it as a lesson learned . . . always read the fine print before you buy . . .
