Express for on-site guests

Hi people, it's been a while!

What is the current situation with fotl for on-site guests? We are back at the RPR in July 07 and have heard rumours that this perk has been cut back.

(Sorry did a search but did not come up with much!)

At the current time, FOTL is still in place for on-site guests, and I haven't heard anything to indicate that they would be changing this. We will be at Royal Pacific Resort again in March - we love FOTL!!

FOTL for onsite guests hasn't been cut down since the removal of the free express pass machines.

Ah, so Express is no longer available in the parks... only to on-site guests or if you purchase an Express ticket?

Cool. The Express queues must be pretty short these days then?

Probably, but during peak times between noon and 3pm I'd say the express line could be 20 minutes for Hulk. Maybe 10 minutes for Dr. Doom and Spiderman.
I still go early so I can get front seat rides on the coasters.

when you say peak times, do you mean summer/holiday times?
We're going next Nov. for Jersey week and I remember in the past it was pretty crowded that week. We didn't stay onsite then but will next time.

Yes, busy days like Summer or holidays. At noon the Express line for Hulk will be 20 minutes. Why? Because all the hotel people sleep in, wake up at 9am, stroll into the parks at 11am, and go to Hulk. Same thing with Dr. Doom. Spiderman is ok because the scoops load fast.
Over at USF, the Express line for The Mummy can be 20 minutes. If you see people waiting at the bottom of the stairs, then you'll wait.

The thing is, once you go with FOTL, you'll be spoiled and even a 20 minute wait will seem like forever.

we are going back to RPR and have not heard of any cut back in the FOTL, when we where there this year i expected it to be restricted with what i had read on here, especially the 4th July but there was no restrictions , can`t wait to go back

Just back from a visit 12/16 and 12/17 and the system was still in place. Even though the parks were not super crowded, it made a difference on a number of rides.
