Hello all,

We have stayed at Movenpick, and had a lovely time. Now planning 2nd trip, getting good rates for both Explorers and Holiday Inn. Which is your favourite and why?

Thanks
Nichola

Hi, we have stayed at both but favour the Explorers as we have kids which love the theming in the Explorers. There is the ball pool room and the Pirates ship which they both love.

If we were there without the kids I suppose I would favour the Holiday inn as it have a slightly nicer lounge area.

They both have pools and the Explorers has slides for the kids but the Holiday Inn on does not.

Both are modern and clean.I did prefer the breakfast at the Holiday Inn as you got toast but you have got to keep the kids happy!!

Hope this helps

Jackie

The Holiday Inn. It belongs to a large hotel chain and therefore has a reputation to keep up. IMHO the staff are great and very friendly. The rooms are a good size especailly the family rooms and childres love having a separate area with their own TV.

Both were on our short leet last year. If you need the space (crew room) I'd go for Explorer otherwise Holiday Inn would be our choice :thumbsup2

Holiday Inn had a more luxurious feel about it whereas the Explorer's was more basic. Having said that it had better facilities for children with the pool, pirate ship and soft play area. The rooms were more spacious too, particularly if you add on a bunk room :thumbsup2 .
