Explorers Hotel/Disney Express

Hi all

I'm asking this on behalf of a friend - they're going direct via Eurostar in June and will be staying at the Explorers Hotel. Can they still use the Disney Express check-in service as it's not a Disney hotel?

As far as I know it is only for Disney Hotels I am afraid!
