Explain what is a "plus" on the park hopper plus, Please

Ok so we have the FTP package..which is a ultimate park hopper plus....I think.
So what is the plus??
We want to go to a water park ANd disney quest during our stay, will both of these be included in our ticket price?

Because you have the FVP, you have Ultimate Park Hopper Passes. This means you do not have 'Plus' options.....you are entitled to go anywhere you'd like, as often as you'd like, from the time you check in until midnight the day you check out.

You can enjoy all the theme parks, DisneyQuest, Pleasure Island, the water parks, and Wide World of Sports as often as you'd like throughout your stay.
