Experts-Is this a good car rental rate?

I made a car reservation about a month ago for a National minivan for January 4-15, 2010.(11 nights) I got a total rate of $478.00. When I check all the rental companies (including National) the prices are more than double that...some more than triple that. I am pleased with the price I got, but is it possible something is wrong, and they will not honor that price when we get there? Also, I made this reservation without using any code at all, as there are no codes yet for my dates. When they release codes, can I apply them to this reservation, and make the cost even less??

That is an awesome rate! I paid the same for a minivan for only 7 nights. I wouldn't stop checking though.

I think you have a good rate. We just got back yesterday. I paid $504 total for 10 days thru Dollar. That was the best I could find after 10 days of looking (last minute trip).

They are obligated to honor the rate I have an email confirmation for, right??
