Experiences with Executive Car Service?

I'm thinking of using https://www.executivecarservicelax.com/ on my next trip for transportation from LGB. Does anyone have experience with them? Were they good with communication before the pickup?

I used them twice in the last year from trips from home to LAX. I was pleased. I got a text the night before notifying me who my driver would be and the morning of, the driver would contact me with an ETA.

You can text their number (+1 (800) 878-1995) and they’re very prompt to confirm your booking, etc!
