Experiences with crowds and weather during Valentine's Day?

I may be going with my best friend February 12-16.
I've never been during February before.
Just looking to hear from those who have been around Valentine's Day about what the weather and crowds were like and does MK do anything to celebrate on Valentine's Day?
This is of course not a romantic trip because its with my best friend not significant other but still think its cool to go during Valentine's Day.

On Valentine's day they usually have the Disney couples out meeting.

As far as weather it can vary. Usually 60's-70's but it can be in the 50's or in the 80's.

Personally my fingers are crossed that all of Feb will have low temps in the 50-60 degree range

Weather should be nice. But that week is Mardi Gras week in 2018. It will be VERY crowded.

Darn so Ash Wednesday is Valentine's Day then? And I'm not supposed to eat meat on Wednesday or Friday. Oh well if I go I'm gonna eat meat.

My daughter's birthday is February 13, and we've celebrated at WDW many times. As said above, the weather can be changeable. Mornings are crisp, but we usually have at least one afternoon of our trip that is "pool worthy." Mardi Gras and Valentine's Day each bring in crowds, so it will be busy, but manageable.
