We are planning to visit Universal Hollywood during our upcoming trip but having read their guide for visitors with disabilities I am getting the impression that they are like US/IoA Orlando in insisting that they comply with accessibility legislation and that there is no more help they can offer - and unlike Orlando they do not have express pass. Does anyone have any experience of adults with problems other than needing a wheelchair and what if any help was available?

thanks

Sue
