Experience with Walmart Grocery pickup?

I received a coupon in the mail for this new Walmart service and am wondering whether anyone has experience with it.

I love Walmart's prices but hate the experience of shopping there, so if it's really as easy as putting items into an online cart, paying for them and having someone load them into my car, I'm sold.

I haven't done it with Walmart, but have with other stores. My biggest issue is with being unable to choose exact packages of meat and my produce. For example, I like green bananas, not fully yellow ones. But not too green. And a certain amount of fat on my steaks but not too much. You can try and communicate that, but it's hard LOL

I love the Walmart pickup service! I use it regularly. I never buy meat and rarely buy produce with it though, I still go instore for that. It is super simple, and I save money because I only buy what I need versus finding ten more things while I'm walking around the store.

I don't use the wal-mart one, but I use the Kroger one every week. With Kroger they have a space to add notes to each item. You can tell them if you want green bananas or how big of a package you want. They also let you pick weather you will take a substitution or not. Every substitution has been in my favor. They give me a better brand for the same price.

I use the service from WalMart. For our family it works out great. I live about 30 minutes away from the store, but DH drives near it for work. So I order the things we need and he picks them up. Since I would normally have to drag 3 kids with me, we love this service. I do try to buy the fresh produce at a nicer store, but you can't beat it for all those staple items.
