experience with guest relation in park

Did you had a good experience with guest relation in a park?

I was at Epcot and the back tire of my wheelchair was deflated. I went to guest services and someone call maintenance to have it fix. Only a special things but important for me. It was easier to move my wheelchair.

Anything happens to you by a nice cast member?

We had a great experience with guest relations at MK a few years ago. We were at MK on NYE, and it was so crowded that the park closed. We had PS at Ohana and would have to leave the park for dinner, and were worried about being allowed back in for the fireworks and NYE celebration. We stopped at guest relations and spoke with a gentleman named Hib who assured us that we would be allowed back into the park, and even gave us his business card in case the front gate CMs gave us a hard time. We had absolutely no problem getting back into the park, and we have seen Hib at the MK quite a few times since.

Is there a "next" button or a "read all" option? I keep having to start over at the beginning instead of being able to read several at a time. Love the site! I haven't seen that one before.

I know we have a few CM's lurking on the boards. Are most CM's familiar with the WWWD pins? I would definetly purchase a few for my next trip as a special thanks but only if I thought they had real meaning without a great explaination on my part to the CM's
