Experience with Global Resort Management company?

Does anyone have experience with Global Resort Management company? We are considering one of their rentals in Windsor Hills.

We rented from an individual who used Global as their management company. So while we paid the individual directly (found them via VRBO.com) we still had to go and retrieve the keys and give an imprint of our credit card (for damage deposit) and the Global office.

The location is very convenient to Windsor Hills and the people there were very helpful & friendly. They gave us lots of advice about where to shop and where to avoid. We did not have a single issue with the home so I don't know anything about how they would respond in a 'problem' scenario.

All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to use them. Windsor Hills is a great neighborhood. Loved everything about it!

I would try www.windsorhillsrent.com or www.vrbo.com before you book with Global (you will probably save a lot of money renting privately with the owner rather than going through a large management company).

I own rental homes myself and needed somewhere to stay last October as my own homes were booked. The management company quote was almost $1000 more than the quote I received from the owner and it was for exactly the same dates.
