Experience with Expedia?

Anyone have experience with Expedia? I am planning a trip to Las Vegas and they have the hotel we want and flights.... Does the price continue to fluctuate? How late should we wait to book and pay? Trip is over memorial day weekend so I'm a little worried about making sure we don't wait too long.
Please share your experiences.

We've used Expedia to book airline tickets and hotel reservations. We've never had a problem with them.

Yes, the rates do change and fluctuate. I usually find a good deal on Expedia and then go check the hotel's own website to see if their rate is higher or lower.

When we went to Washington DC, my husband called the hotel to ask a few questions about the hotel and then asked if we could make the reservation over the phone. The employee told him that the Expedia rate was an internet only rate and that they could not match it over the phone.

We have used Expedia several times and have never had a problem with them.The prices do fluctuate on the site so if you see one you like grab it.

Well I bit the bullet. I was watching for a few days and this morning it was the lowest it had been since I started watching, so I grabbed it. WOOHOO! We're on our way to Vegas!

We had prices go up on us while we were booking flights to Cannes - in the end we just grabbed the BA price as it actually beat Expedia (but not by much!), but went to Expedia for car hire.

I have gotten numerous hotel rooms with Expedia. We travel to New Orleans once a year and I always book through them. Most hotels you can cancel within a day or two with no penalty, so anytime you see a rate you like, grab it. You could always cancel it later.

We used them befor and never had any problem on our trip to Memphis.Even when we added another person 2days befor they were very helpful.I would use them again.
