Does RunDisney (or Get Travel) usually offer discounted park tickets for the EEC? If so, are the rates basically the same as for other WDW rD events?

Yes, there are usually discounted park tickets. I believe they're the same as other events, but not 100% sure since EEC is the only runDisney event I've been doing in recent years.
