Well, I wanted to thank you all for all of your help and support. :grouphug: I was doing so great on my training. I was finally up to running 2 miles and under race and feeling AWESOME! Until...after my runs...when I couldn't walk...ugh:sad2: I knew what this meant, I had it before. Off to the dr's I went. I have this stupid thing called patellofemoral, which means my kneecap doesn't track properly, I have had it forever. I have been back in physical therapy for three weeks now. The therapist is still telling me no running OR walking. Only aquatics and even then no running! I think I might have done it good this time. So last night DH and I decided it best to cancel our trip :sad1: I go see the ortho in a couple of weeks. Hoping that goes well (fingers crossed!)

I will be back! I have been bitten by the endorphine bug!!! :lmao:

Good luck to you all training and running! You are a great group of people!!:flower3:

That really stinks! I hope you can get it under control soon. Is there any sort of brace that could help? Chiropractic care?

Sorry to hear about your injury. Hopefully you'll heal quickly and can find a way to get back out there.
