expedia question

I'm in Canada. I just read that Disneyland Paris isn't really marketed to North America (I guess 'cause of the ones in the States). My question is whether I am allowed to purchase hotel/package through expedia.co.uk from Canada? It's a strange question I know but I'm hoping a sale will come up there soon and I can take advantage.
I guess I also want to know if other sales are going to come up for July or has that time passed? Based on previous years I guess.

Not sure about Expedia, you could always try & do a mock booking to see how far you get using the UK site.

Regarding DLRP you never know when they do deals, sometimes they have flash sales, sometimes they are longer but we can only guess when they may do offers.
