Expedia or Travelocity

I never used expedia or travelocity before. If I book something with them do I pay in advance? Also, is there a refund if I change my travel plans?

luvdisney,I would not book with either of them.They both tack on a $5 per ticket fee.Yes you do pay in advance for airline tickets.For hotels it depends on wether it's a 'special'.Sometimes they require full payment upfront. IMHO it's a much better idea to go directly to the Airlines website (or hotel) to book with them.Then if there is a problem you can deal with the airline/hotel directly and not the middle man......
