Expecting some embarrassment along the journey.....

well done on your loss so far - that is fab - and I bet you will do just as well over the next year :thumbsup2

The ride that springs to mind the most is Harry Potter Forbidden Journey and I have poured over pages reading about that - it just seems so random who can fit and who cant. There were a couple of other rides at Universal mentioned that have some adapted seating but otherwise people of all sizes seem to be fine - especially at WDW

I always find the ET ride on the bikes is a tad tight on the buttock area!

At Universal a lot of the more thrilling rides have test seats at the entrance of the ride so you can try for yourself if you will fit in the seat before you join the queue. I see that your trip is next summer, if you are concentrating on your diet and weight loss you can easily loose several more stones by then. I know that is what I am planning to do as I agree that part of the problem for larger size people is the heat and getting tired more easily. I too am trying to loose several more stones before I go back to America next year (I'm doing slimming world have have lost 2 1/2 stone so far)!! Good luck on your weight loss.

Well doen on your weight loss so far. It is hard at times but will definately be worth it in the long run.

Well done on your weight loss! I am 5'7, 211 lbs, and I have never had any problems in Disney, and in comparison to some people I do look like a waif, so you really dont have anything to worry about :-)

I found some of the Universal rides a little trickier, I got onto everything (although I didn't fancy Hulk and the very big rides), and the Harry Potter Ride has two different size seats, I think its the outside ones which are a little larger. As others have pointed out, there are test seats, although I find those a little humiliating too :(

Please please don't worry about your weight too much, you have done so amazingly well already, and you still have a while to go. :thumbsup2
